Background

Brittany had been a professional, licensed cosmetologist and entrepreneur for 12 years, but hadn't been able to put her story together to build an online presence. (Plus, that wasn't her expertise, nor did she want it to be.)

The Process

To get her the brand story and online foundation she deserved, we built a Brand Framework that was unique to her story with her clients as the hero of her brand. Additionally, it was crucial for her to know how she could grow profit and possibly scale her business.

The Results

Brittany Bryant Beauty Boutique's first-ever website launched February 2024. Using her new brand framework, she's been able to consistently attract new clients that didn't know she existed, delight her current client base with online bookings and payments in one place, and she's on a CRM platform that gives her the capabilities to easily achieve her growth milestones.
