We'll have a kick-off call with the entire team where we'll walk you through your client portal (powered by Notion) and show you your first assignment: your onboarding questionnaire 🤗

Once you've finished your onboarding questionnaire, we'll schedule time with you and our team to meet in person for a brand brainstorming day. This is how they typically go:
- Meet up at one of our office locations (The Commons at Phase in Alpharetta or The Lola in Atlanta) for breakfast and catching up — because by now we're usually friends 🤗
- 5P Framework: This is our remix of Simon Sinek's Golden Circle, but instead of just looking at the Why, What, and How, we go further with our 5Ps: People, Problem, Philosophy, Products, imPact.
- StoryBrand BrandScript: Now that we know your 5Ps, we'll be able to create a rough draft of your BrandScript where we start putting the pieces of your brand story together with your customer as the hero.
- Get Some Grub: After all that brain dumping, we're all usually famished so we recharge and decompress with some delicious fare at a local spot.
