Background

Originally, this simple journey was designed to nurture participants by providing them with high-quality, engaging, and insightful content.

The organization recognized the need to enhance this experience to better align with the evolving needs and expectations of their audience. By doing so, they worked with us and our partner agency (SeeSparkGo) to offer a more personalized and impactful journey that would not only educate but also inspire participants to make meaningful changes in their lives.

The Your Move team had no system for embarking on this ambitious endeavor. With the renewed vision of their customer journey, and millions of records that would need to be accounted for, we got to work and delivered:

Onboarding and Implementation
Personalized their Marketing Hub and Content Hub with custom properties, forms, list segmentations, email and landing page templates — and more — in prep for a remastered version of their outdated customer journey program.

Customer Journey Program Remastered
Created an elevated version of their previous customer journey experience featuring their non-searchable survey and follow-up nurture sharing hundreds of pieces of quality content. This program required a complex scoring engine to be built to present each participant with their unique survey results.

System Management and Optimization
Customized their HubSpot system to utilize the most applicable settings, apps and products for their unique needs and goals.

Team Onboarded Within 30 Days
Successfully onboarded the Your Move team where they were confidently and comfortably equipped to build their own emails, landing pages, campaigns and more.

Automated Survey Engine Built
Using HubSpot’s powerful workflows, calculating properties and custom property capabilities, we made the impossible, possible. We transposed their Google Sheet survey scoring model into HubSpot as an automated engine that brought their vision for more personalized scoring into reality.

Clear and Transparent Reporting
Custom reports and dashboards were designed to show the team what they really wanted to know and track for their program's multi-layer metric success.
